A midfielder-forward, a product of Maccabi Haifa's youth academy. At the age of 19, he was added to the senior team squad and made an impact.

Born in the village of Shibli, at the foot of Mount Tabor. From a very young age, it was clear that he had exceptional talent, and he moved to play at Maccabi Haifa's football academy in Moshav Nahalal. When he reached the U-15 level, he caught the eye of the youth department's officials, who transferred him to the team at the "Ketzef" complex in Haifa. In Nahalal, he managed to score eight goals in the U-15 team, while in the younger age groups, from U-13 and below, he scored many goals.

Shibli spent many hours on the road, traveling from his village to Nahalal and then taking buses and trains to the "Ketzef" training complex in southern Haifa.

In the U-17 (1) and U-19 (1) teams, he frequently assisted his teammates' goals. Only in the youth team, after returning from a year-long loan to M.C. Neve Yosef from the regional league, did he not settle for just assisting but also scored eight goals that helped Maccabi "Hardy" Haifa win their 17th championship. Shibli also experienced playing in the Youth Champions League, alongside Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, and Benfica.

However, his major breakthrough came in the FIFA U-20 World Cup tournament in Argentina. From an unknown player, he became more recognized, despite always coming off the bench and helping to change the team's fortunes. He scored an equalizing goal against Brazil in the sensational 3-2 victory and was part of the team's amazing third-place finish.

Shibli participated in several matches with the senior team, and in the January 2024 transfer window, it was decided to loan him to Hapoel Petah Tikva in the Israeli Premier League to gain more playing time and experience.
